Computer science teaching
Albrecht Weinert This is an overview on the Bochum University of Applied Sciences courses, involving MEVA-Lab, Albrecht Weinert, Institute for Automation & Industrial IT and their partners.

Since 1999 our department offers a course of studies in computer science — until 2007 as "Diplom"-grade and now as
  "Bachelor Informatik"
bachelor of science in computer science.
Some conditions fulfilled the bachelor graduate may go on to
  "Master IT-Automotive"    master of science.

  Overview of courses   (Weinert)
ISBN 3-446-21567-0 -> literature The course of studies as well as those single courses are under continuous development. In IT on one hand nothing is as stable as change; on the other hand good basic concepts and architectures go very long ways — as shows Java's 13th anniversary.

The bachelor courses are held in German language. Seminar presentations, theses and master courses may be done in English.
